About Our Business
This store is Jeanne's dream come true. She began her beading
business by doing craft shows in Texas and Colorado. She collected
beads where ever we went. She and her husband moved to Monte Vista,
Colorado in 2005.
Soon Jeanne found an empty store in Del Norte that started her thinking
about opening her own store. She found another store that was much
closer to home in Monte Vista. Her dream became a reality in February
2006. That store was quickly outgrown and she moved into the larger
shop next door two months later. The third expansion was completed in
March 2007 when the shop moved to an even larger store at 839 First
Avenue (right on the highway).
The finished pieces in our store are made by Jeanne, her husband Gail,
her daughter Gaila who lives in Parker, Colorado or her daughter
Danielle who lives in Parkland, Florida. Lampwork beads are made by
Gail's niece, Dr. Patti Bullard. Patti has started her own business that is
known as "WiredUpBEADS.com"
Jeanne enjoys having her own shop. She is assisted by Cheryl Scherzer.
Jeanne's husband (Gail) has turned into quite the artist and can be
found at the shop most anytime working on his pieces.
